Ackcio Nodes connect with geotechnical and structural sensors and transmit their data to Ackcio Gateway.
Ackcio Nodes are compatible with all ShapeArray models. Each node is the datalogger for its assigned sensors and can transmit readings at intervals between two minutes and 24 hours, depending on project requirements.
Ackcio Beam is easy to set up and configure with the Ackcio smartphone app.
Every node has a transmission range of up to 10 km, depending on the environment. To further increase their monitoring area, Ackcio Mesh networking handles up to 10 transmission hops between the transmitting node and the gateway. This gives a range and layout flexibility that allows the Ackcio Beam to easily monitor sensors throughout large construction and mining sites, even in hard-to-reach areas.
Ackcio devices are networked in a self-configuring mesh, where data is transmitted to the gateway via the most reliable available signal route. Ackcio Mesh is self-repairing: any obstruction in an existing route will trigger a search for an alternative route to the gateway. An Ackcio Mesh network adapts to its environment in order to provide extremely reliable service in dynamic conditions.
Ackcio devices are IP67 certified, which means they can withstand extreme weather, harsh environments, and extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C.
Ultra-low power consumption ensures that Ackcio Nodes last for up to five years on batteries.
